Driver Requirements
The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 19 years old. Drivers aged 19–20 may rent selected vehicle categories with an additional young driver fee applied.
Drivers aged 21–22 may rent standard vehicle categories, provided they hold a valid driving license and have at least one year of driving experience.
Mini vans may be rented by drivers aged 23 to 75 years old.
All drivers must present a valid driving license at the time of rental. Additional drivers may be added to the agreement and may incur an extra charge.
Return & Damages
Vehicles must be returned to the agreed return location and in the same condition as received.
The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period, including damage to tires, glass, mirrors, wheels, and the vehicle interior. Damage resulting from negligence, illegal use, or off-road driving is not covered by standard insurance and remains the responsibility of the renter.
Vehicle Usage Restrictions
The rented vehicle must not be used for any of the following activities:
Off-road driving
Towing or pushing another vehicle
Racing or participation in competitions
Subleasing or unauthorized use by non-declared drivers
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Violation of these terms may result in full liability for any damages incurred.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are generally delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, the company reserves the right to charge the renter for refueling service and fuel cost.
Fines
The renter is solely responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, toll charges, and administrative penalties incurred during the rental period.
Cross-Border / Ferry Travel
Transporting the vehicle by ferry or outside the country is only permitted with prior written authorization from the company and may require additional insurance coverage.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, contains stains, or if smoking has occurred inside the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
For prepaid bookings cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival, the total booking amount (100%) will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged.
Bookings remain valid for up to one (1) hour after the scheduled arrival time. If the renter does not notify the company about a delay, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the vehicle for another customer.
